I am fortunate to have served our country as a US Army Combat Veteran. Additionally, I have experience as a professional in finance, accounting, marketing and sales and as well as an entrepreneur. My combined experience led me to become a professional real estate agent. Buying and selling your home can be a complicated process and my unique set of skills enables me to help you navigate the process with ease, whether you are buying, selling or investing in real estate.
Each and every client is treated with the utmost care and respect. With the values I gained during my military service and finance career, I can offer you an experience most people wouldn’t expect from an ordinary agent. Being a resident of St Pete & Pinellas County since the 90s, I also offer my clients a well-seasoned view of the local real estate market, and this is your asset when we begin to explore how we can meet your real estate goals together.
Being well traveled throughout the world, I am familiar with many different nationalities and their specific customs and sensitivities. 4 years ago, I finished an adventurous and exciting 5 year work related journey through the Middle East, Afghanistan, Thailand and South East Asia. While working overseas, I served the US Embassy in Kabul, Afghanistan, as a financial analyst to the Afghan Ministry of Finance and the US Department of Defense in an effort to improve revenue generation through international trade facilitation. Mediation was also a HUGE part of this job. My skills at coordinating multi-million dollar internationally funded projects in a conflict environment like Afghanistan will help me to negotiate on your behalf as we begin working on buying or selling your home.
I am more than a Veteran, a Realtor or a Finance geek. I am experienced in diesel mechanics, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, roofing, landscaping, and I use my background in these areas when I visit listing with you to find potential trouble areas before you even decide you like or dislike the home. Many times, I can ask the right questions to uncover potential problems or point out special qualities in a home.
These skills give my clients additional peace of mind when making decisions or when reviewing their home inspections. I am also an expert sailor who has trained 100s of sailors in blue water sailing and recreational scuba diving. As a true lover of the outdoors, I know why people move to Florida. I moved my family here and this is our home. I am proud to help my customers build their homes here too!
As a US Veteran, I am proud that my business is veteran-owned and operated. I am a proud supporter of local veterans and other community heroes in Pinellas County and the Greater Tampa Bay Area with the Tampa Bay Heroes program. I have great respect for those who serve and the Tampa Bay Heroes program is designed to give back to charities that directly support our local heroes while helping every client save thousands when they buy, sell or invest in real estate.
During the our first 23 months of operation, Tampa Bay Heroes has given our clients the ability to give back approximately $22,000 in donations to local charities such as Florida Special Olympics, The Suncoast Police Benevolent Association, The Veterans of South Pinellas County, Inc., Southeastern Guide Dogs, The Fisher House at Bay Pines, the Claybaker D.U.S.T.O.F.F Foundation, Girls On The Run, the Heroes of the St Petersburg Police, among several others.
Lastly, but certainty not least, remember that you will receive 20% of our commission at closing to help you pay for your closing costs. During the first year of Tampa Bay Heroes our clients have directly saved $105,000! Our clients received those savings as a direct decrease in the amount they pay at closing.
