Tampa Bay Heroes is a real estate program based in the greater Tampa Bay area that offers our clients significant savings through realtor credits, and significant discounts from our preferred lender, home inspector and title companies.
At Tampa Bay Heroes every client is a local hero because we give our clients the ability to donate 5% of our commission to a local charity of their choosing. To see how, please review the process at the end of this page.
We also offer a savings program in which our clients can save 20% of our commission at closing to assist them with their closing costs.
